StoryTourist is an app for interactive, self-guided walking tours based on famous stories. It lets you walk in the footsteps of the characters, listen to the story and solve puzzles along the way.

You get to join the chase for the suspect through the streets of Ystad.
The story is about a case from 1988 and deals with the murder of photographer Simon Lamberg.
Throughout the tour you collect evidence and clues to solve the case.
At the crime scene you find a photo album filled with bizarre distorted images of barely recognizable faces.
I made the faces using the "this person does not exist" generator and then cut them up, distorted and painted them to look like the creations of someone with a very strange hobby.
Some of them are based on members of the dev team, their relatives or other people connected to the production. I won't say which ones though.
